What happens when I order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once the order has left our warehouse. Please note that tracking generally need 48-72 hours to generate.
Shipping costs depend on your location, and delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days.
If you're not home for delivery, you can authorise a safe drop at your doorstep or
arrange for re-delivery or pick-up from your local post office.
What is the return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, however your purchase needs to be in its original packaging and unused.
Simply fill out our online return form and we'll guide you through the process.
I received a faulty product. What should I do?
